Welcome to Kappa Alpha Theta at the University of South Dakota! As a chapter that has thrived on USD’s campus for more than one hundred years, Theta is an amazing sisterhood with a long and rich history. I could not be more proud to be part of such a graceful and talented group of women who are all striving for the same high ideals. As Thetas, we strive for the highest achievements in many areas. We pride ourselves in academics, holding a reputation for receiving highest scholarship on campus for more than eighteen years. We, as Thetas, also take pride in the service and leadership we contribute to our community and campus. Being a member of Theta means working hard and being involved but always having a blast doing so. As President of the Alpha Rho chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, I am honored to lead such an extraordinary group of women and continue the history of Theta at the University of South Dakota. The gifts that Theta has given me are innumerable, and I am excited to have the chance to give back. I am proud to say I am a Theta, especially here at the University of South Dakota, where we have stood on a long-standing legacy and tradition of excellence in womanhood as we strive towards social, intellectual, and moral growth.Welcome to Kappa Alpha Theta at the University of South Dakota!
